These terms apply when you buy a battery, book a repair, or place an online order with Ravinder Khurana, trading as Moscow Batteries, GSTIN 07ADVPK3949G1Z0, 4981/8 Bharat Ram Road, Daryaganj, Delhi 110002.
Genuine, branded stock
Every battery we sell — Amaron, Exide and other brands we stock — is genuine, brand-new stock. Prices, Ah capacity and warranty period shown on this site are as accurate as we can keep them, but the exact fitment, stock availability and final price for your specific vehicle should always be confirmed on WhatsApp or by call before you travel to the shop or place an online order — this is also stated on every product page.
Warranty and after-sales responsibility
Once a battery is sold and the invoice is raised, its warranty and service terms are governed entirely by the manufacturer's (Amaron's, Exide's, etc.) own warranty policy — not a separate policy of ours. We're always glad to help you sort out a warranty claim or service issue and will assist wherever we can, but Moscow Batteries is not itself liable for manufacturing defects or warranty performance once a battery has been sold — that responsibility sits between you and the battery's manufacturer, as is standard practice in battery retail.
Online orders and payment
Where we offer to take payment online via a Razorpay Payment Link for an order first confirmed on WhatsApp, that payment is processed entirely by Razorpay — we never handle or store your card, UPI or bank details ourselves. Delivery
Delivery terms — area, timing and any applicable charges — are set out in our Delivery Policy.
Website use
Prices and product information on this site can change without prior notice as our stock and supplier pricing changes. Content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to Moscow Batteries and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for battery brand logos/images which remain the property of their respective manufacturers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
