It is the price after you hand over your old battery. The price without exchange is always shown too. The exchange value is estimated and confirmed only after we see your old battery, so the final price can vary a little.

Every battery we sell is genuine, brand-new stock with the manufacturer's own warranty. The warranty period differs from model to model and is shown on each battery page.

Send us a photo of the bill and the battery code on WhatsApp. We check the warranty date, help you with the claim and follow up with the brand. The final decision is the brand's, as per its warranty terms. See our battery warranty help page for the steps.

If you paid online, you can cancel for a full refund any time before the battery leaves our shop for delivery. Once a battery is delivered or fitted it cannot be returned or exchanged with us; any defect is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Yes. Where online ordering is shown, you can order and pay online for addresses inside our delivery area. Online payment only confirms the order, then we call you to confirm the exact delivery timing.
